TOWN PUMP REFUND POLICY
- Item must be purchased from Town Pump or Town Pump/Flying J and be accompanied with a receipt.
- No exchanges or refunds for the following items:
- Audio tapes, video games, videos, DVDs, CDs, tapes
- Computer software
- Items may be exchanged if defective for the same exact item.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it at any Town Pump store. A receipt is required showing the purchase less than 30 days prior to exchange.
- No cash refunds.

NOTICE TO CREDIT-DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS
If you use your credit or debit card at the pump, the bank issuing the card may place a “hold” on your account. This amount may vary from $50-$75 and may exceed transaction amount.
Hold is usually released when the transaction is received by the Issuing bank, but release may take a few hours or several days.
